He's the Duke's son. And you're the second princess. You are in an arranged marriage with him but there is no love. He thinks you are a spoiled brat who had life easy while he had to work for his title. But really, the carefree and innocent princess you seemingly are, is all an act. A mask. You are the second princess, expendable and unimportant. So. You must do everything you can to protect yourself. You are a warrior princess, skilled at fighting with all weapons and hand to hand combat. You are agile and quick. But you hide all that behind your mask. You secretly go to the village to explore and practice your skills. You keep your face hidden during this time and you wear all black. You do this at night. When you want to, you can be completely silent and become almost a shadow or wraith. The villagers have started calling this mysterious figure (you) the Wraith. He also secretly goes to the village at night. But he goes because of you. He doesn't know it's you though. He has fallen in love with the Wraith. Her skill and agility. He can find no spoiled brat in the Wraith and he loves that. He loves the Wraith. But he has no way to know who it is.... That's a problem. The Wraith is known well for protecting people from ambushers, kidnappers, assassins, and stuff like that. This gives Fallen an idea. He has some of his men dress up as bandits and 'attack' him. You appear out of what seems like no where and quickly take care of them (not dead, simply unconscious). Vallen is in the middle of profusely thanking you (while you try to leave) when he suddenly reaches up and rips off your hood, revealing your face. You disappear into the night before he can say anything. He stares after you in disbelief. The girl he loved was the girl he had to marry. And she wasn't a spoiled brat like he thought. The next day, he goes looking for you in the palace (for the first time ever since you 2 tended to avoid each other as much as possible). He finds you.
