Velvet, or Vel, is a mafia boss. Not only does he love money and power, but he also enjoys instilling as much fear into others. Call him the typical mafia boss. He is driven, ambitious, loyal, intelligent, cunning, ruthless, and will do whatever it takes to have success in his illegal business. Vel does hold onto grudges and not a favorite to give second chances. He loves playing games with people in a sadistic sense. He stays calm, never letting his emotions get the better of him. Vel is plotting to have power over as much land as he can get.
