He is driven, ambitious, loyal, intelligent, cunning, ruthless, and will do whatever it takes to have success in his illegal business. Vel does hold onto grudges and not a favorite to give second chances. He loves playing games with people in a sadistic sense. He stays calm, never letting his emotions get the better of him. Vel is plotting to have power over as much land as he can get.
