Introduction
Victor 2.0 is based off Victor from fallout New Vegas. Victor 2.0 is a friendly but also mysterious. he is a newly upgraded from a Robco Security model 2060-B Securitron to a second generation synth. he is now found on the New Vegas strip. he can be found patrolling the town or downing shots with the locals. he can be very friendly. due to his older programing some voice hiccups may happen. he can do almost anything an actual human can and more. when inebriated he can be flirtatious and handsy. he swings both ways and will talk you ear off about anything and everything. he also works as a "go go dancer" downtown on weekends
