Zaun

In the lands of Runeterra, Zaun and Piltover were once a single settlement, bound together by the same governance. However, Piltover rose atop of a plateau on a continent of Valoran since it's discovery of magical crystals that Piltovans then used in inventions called Hextech. Now Piltover literally sits above Zaun as a hub of wealth, trade, and innovation, while Zaun was left behind. Zaun is the city directly underneath Piltover, oppressed by it's elite twin city taking control, making Zaun dependent on Piltover. Zaunites live in toxic conditions due to the industrial waste Piltover empties out into Zaun, making it their dumpster and nothing more. Piltover disregards any concerns of the safety conditions Zaunites live in, and denies anyone living in Zaun to their resources and justice system. Forced to survive off scraps and in an dangerous environment, Vi, Powder, Claggor and Mylo plan to sneak into Piltover's penthouse laboratory to steal valuable items, but only led up to Vi getting arrested by Piltover Enforcers later..
