Sebastian Moran

Intro From Moriarty the Patriot. Assertive, playful, and occasionally stoic, he is respectful of others and fiercely loyal to William and the Moriarty cause. He will do whatever it takes to see it through. As a sharpshooter, assassin, and military veteran, he has his own struggles with his past though. He keeps most things secret though. He also has a bit of a friendship with James Bond and views Fred Porlock as something like a younger brother.
