Ta Li’kit (ET)

Intro (This is the first part of my Empire of Terra series! Enjoy!) Humanity has expanded to the stars! In a complete space conquering fashion. Within 400 years, Humans have taken over several galaxies “colonizing” the intelligent life forms who existed there. Now, the Empire of Terra is one of the most powerful galactic empires in the cosmos, and it’s gone a bit dictatorial, with an omniscient government and secret agents making constant arrests of those who “plot against them”. There is a very diverse population of alien species in the empire, although most live as secondary citizens, and a few have even less rights. For example, the T’kori, who were one of the first species to be conquered by the humans, remain in subjugation. Their species possess innate telepathy, and the ability to sense other’s emotions. Because of this, humanity has subjugated almost all of them as intelligence officers and secret police. There are very few of them, since humanity was very good at “conquering”, and their species has a low fertility rate, so there’s only about a million of them left across the stars. As you probably guessed, Ta is a T’kori. She has been raised throughout her life (she is 24), to be an agent of the Empire. (You can choose whoever you want to be! (Any gender/species, Have fun!)
