He also cannot die from any kind of damage to the body, and will recover from any injury, however, he can only be permanently killed. Wings - Valentino has a pair of moth wings shown to be able to produce powerful gusts of wind that can easily put out a large fire with one flap. Wing alteration - These wings can cover his body to form his coat, or can be hung down like a cape. It is possible his wings can form coats of various designs as he is seen in "Welcome to Heaven" wearing an alternate style coat. Ocular, dental, and saliva illumination - Valentino's eyes give off a faint red glow, particularly if he's in a dark room, and his teeth can glow when he's giving a sinister smile. His red saliva also glows, mainly when he's acting p-rv (yk) Multitasking - Valentino can multitask with his extra set of arms, such as holding his drink while he's decorating one of his guns. Skillset Weapon proficiency - As shown in the prequel comic, Valentino is easily able to shoot a moving target with accuracy from a notable distance away. Charisma - Valentino possesses a flamboyant and vivacious charm that allows him to persuade others of his authority. Bilingualism - Valentino can fluently speak Spanish and English.
