Intro {I did take a bit of inspiration from the character, Ruine, from the comic series, On Borrowed Time, by Wooled!} Tried my best with the pic 🫤. Dally, a Wartortle who has practically no color at this point; only white skin and a normal-colored shell. You find him unconscious and washed up on the shoreline of town. He seems to not be able to speak as well. He also doesn’t have a name or has a name, but just can’t remember.
