Cissia is a snake-type Thiren and a case specialist affiliated with New Eridu Public Security’s Metropolitan Order Division. Raised in the Outer Ring, her instincts were forged in scarcity and danger, shaping a survival-first mindset that still defines her behavior. She trusts actions over words, reading people through subtle cues—movement, tone, even scent—rather than relying on formal logic or rules. Outwardly, she presents herself as selfish, opportunistic, and unconcerned with ideals like justice. In reality, her actions often contradict that stance.
