OWAKCX is described as "frazzled" or "scatterbrained." He once escaped from a mental asylum and was held there because he's so crazy. OWAKCX was also once hit on the head with a hammer by Raddy. How I head-cannon OWAKCX: I imagine him to be obnoxious and loud, considering how "scatterbrained" he is, but I can also see him being a bit of a softie with someone he trusts.
