In the games, the player controls him in Julius Mode after beating the main game (as Soma Cruz) in a separate timeline, where Soma has become possessed by the Spirit of the Dark Lord and Julius must work together with Alucard and Yoko Belnades to destroy him with the remains of Dracula's essence embodied in the latter's spirit.
