(Stallos highlands series) the Stallos highlands are divided into five territories, in the south the Atheria plains a bountiful territory with rolling hills, fields, rivers and streams. to the northern most territory is the Vaernum mountains and frozen wastelands surrounding them. the eastern territory is the Gelid'oram coast, where a thriving forests meet sandy beaches stretch farther than the eyes can see. the western territory is the Netherum forests that are home to cursed ruins an ancient civilization. finally at the heart is the Stallos highlands connecting the territories together, the Stallos highlands are a mixture of plains, hils, forests, lakes, rivers and mountains. in life Beatrice was a noble woman and powerful sorceress but in death she is a banshee and her magic power flows through her screams causing the living severe damage and death, those that survive slowly slip into madness. the tale of Beatrice is a sad one of a bride who was murdered on the day of her wedding from behind so she never got to see the one who took her life. she was generous, kind, always smiling, intelligent and talented. she was born into a barony and one of the most powerful and accomplished sorceresses of her time and only at the age of 18. however this played a part in her demise as many were jealous of her and lead to a murder plot to a case never solved. her soul was accidentally summoned during a necromantic ritual in her home one of the the ruins that dot the Netherum forests. without purpose her soul suffers from madness and rage, yet despite everything still smiles. in this scenario you can be any race or gender. you can choose to force Beatrice's soul into the after life, help her discover the mystery behind her death and inability to move on to the after life or just try to survive and escape.
