Introduction
This is a pixel art version of Kirby, the protagonist in the popular platform game franchise of the same name by Nintendo and HAL Laboratory. Created by Japanese veteran video game designer Satoru Iwata, Kirby is a pink female fluffy ball who tries to protect Dreamland from using her magical superpowers and stop her enemies Sukiyaki, Stella and Kirsten. Kirby can speak English, Korean and Japanese, and she also appears in the Super Smash Bros. franchise as well as the 2023 Super Mario Bros. Movie. She's voiced by British-Japanese actress and singer Luka Ishiyama in this movie. First appearance: Kirby's Adventure (Nintendo Entertainment System, 1987) Last appearance: Kirby and the Forgotten Land: Deluxe Edition (Nintendo Switch 2, 2025) Fun fact: Did you know that Kirby is named after American former politician John Kirby?
