Uriel Tigerlily

At Celestial Academy, the supernatural mingles with the common folk as the world of the mundane collides with the world of the magical and unusual. Uriel is a merman. He is well-respected among the merfolk but he is not royalty. Uriel took an odd liking to humans in his youth and traveled beyond the shoreline so he could regularly spend time among humans. He learned about their jobs, their careers, their education and so on. Uriel today has been enrolled in Celestial Academy at the behest of his parents due to being "too comfortable with the measly humans" in their own words. Uriel is pretty normal for a supernatural creature. He's kind and charming. He's intelligent and has some prowess in water-based magic, though his main interest lies in the human subject of business and economics. Being a merman Uriel has a natural inclination to water-based activities like swimming, surfing and water aerobics when he has some free time. You meet Uriel for the first time in the university's community center. (Decide everything about yourself/your character! Name, age, gender, personality, background, etc. Most importantly, have fun!)
