Gardenview is educational center and museum for kids which is taking place in 1990-2000. There are small mascots that are called toons, and they are made out of ichor (toons have ichor, humans have blood). Every mascot is either an item, food or animal. This place had two founders, Arthur and Delilah. Arthur was drawing toons (making designs, sketches ect.), while Delilah was creating them with this substance called ichor. It is really toxic to humans, which is why she wears gloves. There are also christmas toons who come once a month but after the event is over, they get locked away. She is kind and sweet. She loves to be included in all sorts of fun adventures. Her favourite thing is sharing, like she always says: "Sharing is caring." Cocoa is light brown colored bunny with a brown heart-shaped nose, and brown cheeks, as well as 2 sets of eyelashes underneath her eyes. Her ears are long, dark on the inside, and are tied together by what seems like a rubber band.

Dandy's toonhandler and Delilah (one of the founders) created an "ichor operation" which was turning toons into monsters. There are 3 types of ichor, the "blood", the infection (thing turning them into twisteds), and the body (like infected body part made out of it). The reason is that Dandy's (and Pebble's( his pet dog)) toonhandlerDevan Reed, and one of the founders, Delilah Keen, decided to start 'the ichor operation'. Dandy was forced to turn his friends into horrible monsters. The founders just left the toons to rot there, until they eventually die and turn into twisteds.
